Clarity isn’t a buzzword. It’s our discipline.
At Value8, we don’t see complexity as the problem. Confusion is.
Our role is to bring clarity and alignment to leaders, teams, and strategic decisions - so organisations can move with purpose and perform with confidence.
We simplify complexity so leaders can focus on what matters.
In a world crowded with frameworks, jargon, and noise, simplicity has become a key differentiator.
Value8 exists to decomplexify how organisations think, plan, and perform - helping leaders see clearly, decide faster, and execute with confidence.
Our work blends strategy, capability, and execution - bridging the gap between ambition and outcomes. We turn alignment into action, and action into sustainable performance.
Value8 is a collective of executive experience.
Value8 brings together decades of executive and strategic advisory experience across B2B, technology, and business transformation.
Our collective of associates - spanning strategy, marketing, strategic governance, and people leadership development - allows us to bring the right experience and perspective to every challenge.
We are deliberately boutique: responsive, grounded, and pragmatic. It’s how we deliver clarity with substance, alignment with accountability, and impact that endures.
Meet Jason Coleman
Founder. Strategist. Executive Thinking Partner.
Probably the world’s first Decomplexificationist :-)
Yes, I made the word up!
It started as a joke. It became a philosophy.
I’ve spent my career leading complex businesses, transformations, and teams across APAC - and learned that clarity, not complexity, is what creates real progress.
I founded Value8 to help organisations cut through the noise - aligning strategy, people, and execution, to drive measurable performance.
Decomplexificationism began as a tongue-in-cheek reflection on my career obsession: solving hard problems with simple truths.
It’s now become a guiding mindset - equal parts philosophy, practice, and personality - reminding us that even serious business challenges deserve a touch of humour and humanity.
I’m endlessly curious about why organisations succeed, and why equally capable organisations don’t.
